Ask Us Anything

How do I know that it is safe to let strangers into my house?

Ask for credentials and don’t be afraid to ask someone to wait outside while you call and confirm their identity with the organization they represent. Many times when you have an emergency, you are making a call to an unknown company, and they are entering your home or business within hours. Make sure that the company you are dealing with is Better Business Bureau accredited and that its employees are screened and bonded. All Delta Restoration Services® employees are fully screened and bonded, so you can feel secure about who’s working in your home or business.

What involvement will Delta have with my insurance company?

Many property owners don’t realize the scope of activities necessary to get proper coverage and a proper settlement when property damage is sustained. At Delta Restoration Services®, we pride ourselves in knowing how the insurance industry works. We work to keep you and your insurance company and informed about what is being done, and what is being paid for. This keeps you AND the insurance company feeling secure because you know what we’re doing and what you’re paying for.

How do I know my insurance company will cover the damages?

There is no guarantee that your insurance company will cover the damage to your home or business. There may be special requirements or limits to your actual coverage. A good restoration contractor will call your insurance company adjuster to confirm coverage. A good restoration contractor will never tell a customer that coverage is assured until confirmed by your insurance company. We are not insurance professionals, and we do not know your insurance policy.

What distinguishes one restoration company from another?

Many restoration contractors, are not actual restoration contractors. They focus on many other things such as carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, duct cleaning or other related services, but don’t really have the experience, resources, equipment, know-how and properly trained personnel to adequately respond to actual disasters. Even actual disaster restoration companies often only handle the emergency response phase, turning you and your project over to a whole new contractor when it’s barely started.

Delta Restoration Services® prides itself on being a full-service restoration contractor. That means all you need to do is make one call, and we will handle all services all the way through completion.
